I am a trained and certified divorce mediator, and received my training at the Center for Divorce Mediation in Manhattan. Due to my background as a Family Law attorney, I am better able to guide, inform and assist you in structuring a settlement that meets your needs in a neutral, non-adversarial setting. Sessions can be scheduled when it's convenient for you, not the lawyers and the court system. It's less expensive, and it makes sense since you and your spouse retain control over the process and result.

Mediation is confidential and your personal and business information will not be aired like dirty laundry in a courtroom. Mediation is less harmful on families since you are working toward the common goal of resolving the issues, rather than "winning" or "losing"! There are no winners in divorce and the children seem to suffer the most. Mediation is cheaper than a traditional divorce, especially when there are major issues that need to be addressed.
