Ms. Colgan is an active member of the Richmond County Bar Association and proud member of the Staten Island Women's Bar Association. Erin was a former prosecutor in the Richmond County District Attorney's Office. She has been in private practice since 2008 and currently serves as co-chair of the matrimonial committee for the Richmond County Bar Association. Ms. Colgan is a proponent of Mediation and Collaborative Law. Ms. Colgan is a certified Mediator and welcomes your inquiries, questions, and business.
Kristen L. Spoerel, Esq.

Ms. Spoerel was raised in Staten Island and currently resides with her family in Long Island. She is an alumna of Notre Dame Academy (Staten Island), the College of the Holy Cross, and Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Spoerel is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a former Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney's office where she concentrated on prosecuting misdemeanor level crimes from arraignment to jury trial during her time with the office.
Joseph Bronzo, Paralegal
Mr. Bronzo is the newest addition to our firm. A graduate of Staten Island Academy, and Senior at Lafayette College, he is on track to become an attorney. Mr. Bronzo has experience assisting Ms. Colgan and Ms. Spoerel in the preparation and drafting of documents and will attentively care to any clients needs. As a liaison between the team and the client, he helps ensure clients needs are met.
Kathleen Manuelian, Legal Secretary
Ms. Manuelian has over 15 years of experience as a Legal Secretary and is intimately involved in the preparation and clerical work of the firm. She is happy to assist all of our clients through their respective legal process.
